Příjemné pracovní prostředí bez zbytečného stresu, příjemní kolegové. Snaha vyjít zaměstnancům vstříc. Epické teambuildingy :D
Velký rozdíl ve mzdě nových kolegů a starých matadorů, kteří drží většinu know-how. Bohužel v neprospěch těch zkušenějších... což je poměrně demotivující.

Firma nespí na vavřínech a stále se snaží posouvat kupředu. To dává možnost růstu i mně. Přes nesporné úspěchy firmy v poslední době a neustálý růst se ve firmě stále drží rodinná atmosféra a flexibilita, takže se nám pracuje dobře a nemáme pocit svázaných rukou, pokud potřebujeme něco změnit.
To bych musel jít opravdu do detailu a ty mi přijdou v celkovém pohledu vážně nedůležité.

Skvělá otevřená atmosféra, projekty v unikátní oblasti (identity management), kde je firma na špičce v ČR, je to přímo na metru...
