Nejsme zatěžováni zbytečnými poradami. Když už je porada, je spojena i s nepracovní částí, kde se dá více poznat každý z kolegů.
Zlepšit finanční ohodnocení a to nejen zvýšení provize, ale i fixní složkou.

Mzda chodí včas, flexibilní pracovní doba, pravidelné porady, kde mohou zaměstnanci vyjádřit své názory.
Týden dovolené navíc.

Cením si toho, že si zaměstnavatel váží mé práce a dovede ji finančně ohodnotit. A také si velmi cením dobrých vztahů na pracovišti a rovněž dobrých pracovních podmínek.
Velmi bych si přála, aby zaměstnanci měli 5 týdnů (25 dnů) dovolené + 3 dny sick day.

školení prodejního systému, školení na výrobky, občasná školení pro zaměstnance v kancelářích, pravidelné porady, pružná pracovní doba, podpora prodeje pomocí akcí, atd.
