Jsem ve své práci spokojena a to jak s kolegy, tak s nadřízenými. Občas bývá práce náročná, ale vždy se dá nějak za pomoci kolegů zvládnout.
Teď mě asi nic nenapadá.

Jobs for people aged 50+
Nejvíce chápou potřeby seniorů. Jsou blíže seniorům. Flexibilní.
Pleasant work environment
Ošetření v domácnosti klienta. Pružná pracovní doba. Bez žádného stresu, pohoda.

Férové jednání ze strany zaměstnavatele, individuální přístup k zaměstnancům a flexibilní pracovní doba.

Cením si na organizaci vstřícnost a pomoc v době, kdy člověk neví. Benefity jako jsou stravenky, sick days, příspěvky na telefon a oblečení super. Určitě bych neměnila, tato práce dává smysl.
No overtime
Více času pro sebe, pro rodinu a okolí. Nemusí být člověk v práci od rána do noci a pokud ano je to zcela mimořádně.
Work in a team of young people
Mladší kolektiv dodává více energie celému týmu, do práce je zapálený a snaží se vymýšlet jak své středisko zdokonalit.
