Jako čerstvá absolventka si vážím toho, že jsem dostala možnost pracovat na pozici, která mě zajímala. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem na dané pozici neměla žádnou předešlou praxi, tak oceňuji otevřenost a vstřícnost vedení, které mi dalo příležitost se této pracovní nabídky chopit. Jako každý jiný člověk - i já dělám chyby, naštěstí se je nemusím bát přiznat a mohu se díky nim posouvat dál.
Vzhledem k tomu, že poskytujeme sociální služby, tak je tu značná převaha žen. Kdyby se v našem týmu objevily i mužské tváře, tak bych se nezlobila.

Za mně si myslím že je to dobrá zkušenost do budoucna, jak v přijímaní lidí do týmu, nebo vést tým a snažit se o co nejdiskrétnější přístup ke všem
