Na prodejně bylo vše fajn, horší byl vždy příjezd oblastní manažerky.Náročná,nerada chválila,vždy našla nedostatky. Nyní nový manažer je velmi příjemný, pochválí a ocení práci zaměstnanců.

Přístup k zaměstnancům,ochota ,časová flexibilita,možnost rust

Když je zaměstnanec dobrý ve své práci není důvod se bát,že o práci přijde,velké plus je v podpoře od manažerů a kolegů
