Příjemné zázemí, kolegové na prodejně, zajímavý sortiment a školení

Plnění nesplnitelných limitů na kase, ani chvilku na oddych, ne příliš správný přístup k zákazníků.

Vše jsem uvedla v předchozích odpovědích

V každé práci se něco najde a občas to zaskřípání, jsme jen lidé.

Complex tasks

Není to jen práce za pultem, kde prodáváte zákazníkovi rohlíky. Je zapotřebí znát perfektně nabízený sortiment, umět zákazníkovi poradit, ale také k tomu musíte znát práci s PC, uklízet rozhrabané zboží, u mužů znalost práce s nábytkem (kompletace), náhradní díly atd...

Work in a team of young people

Vzhledem k náročnosti a fyzické zátěži tuto práci mladí zaměstnanci zvládnou hravě. Já nastupovala k Jysku v 51 letech a za rok jsem byla odrovnaná.

Finanční ohodnocení. Kolektiv je také super. Vždy dobra dohoda

V každé práci se nejde kolika či kolegyně kteří si řeknou výměnu názoru..

Přístup k zákazníkům a standardy obsluhy.

Pracovní doba, špatné finanční ohodnocení za náročnost práce. Velmi málo personálu na velké prodejně. Časté a neproplacené přesčasy, žádný soukromý život. U nás navíc špatný kolektiv.
