Dárky za různé soutěže. Dárky k vánocům byli super a bonus také.
Plat.. Některé prodejny (né vlastní vinou) , nedosáhnou na bonusy. Při větší prodejně a podstavem lidí + ostatní faktotry. Stává se, že čím větší prodejna, tím více zákazníků a samozřejmě práce, ale na bonusy se nedostaneme. Tím pádem pak menší prodejny, kde se půl dne jen prosedi, mají větší plat ne shop asistenti, kteří jsou 12h na nohou a nazastaveji se. Dale zaucovani nových lidí.

Cením si přístupu.
ráda bych vyšší platové hodnocen.Pak aby, lidé co pro firmu dělají třeba 4 měsíce nemuseli pracovat více než lidé,kteří pracují pro firmu déle.Někdy mívám pocit,že brigádníci mají lepší pozice,než zaměstnanci.

Benefitů,které se v poslední době částečně rozšířili . Kolektivu .
Kvalitu zamestnancu na vedoucích pozicích, vhodným nastrojem by mohl být kurz manažerský kurz a další kurzy vhodné pro vedoucí pozice. Dále zázemí pro zam-ce a moznost trávit přestávky ve vhodném prostředí . Zlepšení platových podmínek !! Vylepšení technologií a ulehčení určitých cinností..

Zlepšit a zvýšit platové podmínky, reagovat na měnící se finanční situaci státu. Brát v potaz platové ohodnocení stejné pozice v jiných zemích, od kterých jdou finance. Zapracovat na vyběru nových zaměstnanců, jejich kvality, vzdělání a schopnosti mluvit a rozumnět česky.
