Je neustále hodně práce.
Změnila bych mzdu, protože taková velká společnost ohodnocuje zaměstnance málo. Jinak jsem spokojená.

výplata vždy včas na účtě společnost stále roste vstřícné jednání
zaměstnavatel by měl více sledovat jak se pohybuje průměrná mzda a toho se držet...firma se potýká s nedostatkem kvalitních zaměstnanců právě z důvodu malých mezd...

Vyšší mzda! (například s každým odpracovaným rokem část mzdy navíc) lepší zázemí pro zaměstnance (není možné se kde najíst, odpočívat o poledni pauzu), více benefitů například za splněné tržby.

Souteze a bonusy. To ze spolecnost je znama a uz existuje dlouho, pres to prestizni.

Smena na 10h misto zbytecne 12h. Navest sick day. Vic priplatek na nocni a na vikendy misto jen 10 procent. Vhodne a prostorne zazemi pro zamestnanci
