Bohužel,zaměstnavatele osobně neznám...Nechodí mezi obyčejnými skladniky..
Kdybych měla tu moc,rozhodně bych dorovnala platy těm zaměstnancům co berou také o 5000 méně za stejně odvedenou práci,jako jeho kolegové..Zaplatila bych kurz anglictiny těm zaměstnancům co o to stojí.

Pravidelně výplata včas na účtě, snaha řešit rychle problémy, fajn team, zaměstnanecké slevy
Rozhodně zvýšit mzdu! Komunikaci marketingu s prodejnami, něco slíbí a ve skutečnosti je vše jinak. Více dárků od značek a sick days. Více brandových školení.
