Skvělý kolektiv, přátelská atmosféra, možnost ukázat svoje schopnosti, možnost kariérního růstu.
Že někteří lidé se snaží ulevit v práci a nedělají to co by měli a porušují pravidla např. Zákaz kouření nebo chodí si zařizovat soukromé věci v pracovní dobu

zajímavé benefity zkrácená pracovní doba slušnost ze strany firmy výplata včas když si člověk plní povinnosti, nemusí se bát o místo
chtělo by to trochu více flexibility, například částečná HO, kde to je možné. Je nutné si svoji pracovní dobu odsedět v práci
Security and stability
Firma nevyhazuje, pokud si plníme povinnosti. Není třeba se bát o místo, výplata přijde vždy včas. Navzdory trhu firma roste a stále hledá posily, ať může držet krok s trhem.
