Je to velká a stabilní společnost. A tím jak je velká je obtížné až skoro nemožné v ní něco změnit a to ji v podstatě také limituje.
Zjednodušil bych různé procesy, které jsou v podstatě zbytečně obtížné a zdlouhavé.

možnost zaměstnání v oboru...
větší důvěru a respekt k lidem.Zachovávat předpisy a nařízení, zapracovat na firemní kultuře...

Klouzavá pracovní doba, možnost stravování i mimo podnik, uznávání přesčasů, relativně dobrá poloha pracoviště, několik známých kolegů z dřívějška i ze školy.
Vnitřní stravování (jeho kvalita), větší prostor pro inovace a vývoj, zejména u odborníků, kteří toho jsou schopni, větší respekt ke zkušeným starším pracovníkům majícím zkušenosti odjinud než od drah, neboť ti mohou posunout kvalitu výrobků na vyšší úroveň.

Největším benefitem je zkrácená pracovní doba 7,5 hod. Jinak mimo příspěvku na penzijko, pár nesmyslných benefitů, u kterých musí člověk vymýšlet, jak je vůbec využít!
Zcela nekompetentní vedení, napříč strukturou firmy.
