V agentuře pracují talentovaní lidé, kteří jsou navíc normální. Je tu dobrá atmosféra i podmínky k tomu, abychom byli čím dál lepší.

Velmi si vážím volnosti, zájmu a důvěry. Celkově je v agentuře skvělá atmosféra.
Tím, že se jedná o velkou agenturu, tak ne vždy se přenáší informace skvěle.

— Tolerantní politika společnosti — Pro mě je důležité, že jako designérka můžu zkusit různé věci v praxi. Třeba mám zájem o 3D design a agentura můj zájem podporuje, dává možnost výuky v rámci pracovní doby a využití nových znalostí v běžných projektech — Flexibilní pracovní doba a možnost home office — Máme skvělý pracovní prostor + velmi dobrá neomezená káva, čaj s medem a kakao + čerstvé ovoce na začátku týdne — Top zařízení (macbook + druhá velká obrazovka, super tablet, atd.)
Nevýhodou je povinnost vyplňovat time sheety

- Je tu velmi otevřené prostředí, kde člověk může být sám sebou. - Kolegové jsou naprosto úžasní, máme fajn tým. - Máme velmi dobré pracovní prostředí. - Možnost home office, jak je potřeba. - Dog friendly kanceláře. - Super vedení.
