Banda skvělých lidí, kteří jsou nadšení pro reklamu. Transparentní komunikace, zájem o jednotlivce, silné vedení agentury.
Oproti jiným agenturám není co vytknout.

Neformálnost a příjemnost pracovního prostředí, jak z pohledu kanceláře, tak z pohledu kolektivu - důvěra a podpora u nadřízeného i kolegů je pro mě osobně velmi důležitá, v mém týmu máme skvělé vztahy, nepanuje mezi námi žádná rivalita, naopak si vzájemně pomáháme, když to lze.
Práce je náročná a často narušuje balanc mezi pracovním a osobním životem. To se zaměstnavatel ale snaží nahradit různými způsoby - přednášky v kampusu na různá témata, vystavené obrazy ve spolupráci s Chemistry gallery, teambuildingy, aj.

Kolegové jsou skvělí, můžeme si brát psi, moderní atmosféra trendy projekty

Docházet do krásně a citlivě zrekonstruované budovy bývalých Elektrických podniků, s jejím nezaměnitelným geniem loci, je potěšení samo o sobě. Největší bonus je ale pobývat s lidmi, kteří se k sobě chovají s přátelským respektem a srší dobrou náladou i nápady.
Zatím ne. Ale pokud se časem něco objeví, vím, že to můžu bez obav a neformálně probrat s kolegy i s nejbližším vedením.
