Máme u nás skvělý tým, super lidi, a dobrou přátelskou výpomocnou atmosféru.
Chybí tu transparentnost, hodně věcí se ututlává a pouze některým lidem jsou sdělovány informace. Ohledně osobního rozvoje dál a povyšování, není komunikováno, co má člověk zlepšit, chybí tu také transparentnost. Je častý stav kdy chybí lidé v týmu, práce je za více lidí, ale platy zůstavají neupravené.
