Aby si lépe zorganizovali práci na všech úsecích výroby, aby nebyly prostoje, nehledaly se pořád součástky ve skladu i několik hodin a výrobní linky mohly pracovat všechny od 6 -14h. Aby zrušily nesmyslnou kontrolu uvnitř podniku ( security brány,kamery,ochranka) a turnikety na čip i venku. Lepe si ohlídat vývoz zboží ze skladů a nebuzerovat lidi uvnitř.

Jistá výplata na účtě každý měsíc. Když je člověk šikovný příjde si na pěkné peníze. Některé bonusy nabízené firmou.
Ve firmě je požadovaná nadstardatní disciplína, člověk je neustále hlídán až buzerován. V rámci korporace je vyžadována přehnaná bezpečnost na pracovišti . Po 13 letech nelituji , že jsem odešel z vedoucí pozice. K neférovému chování ze strany nadřízených není nikde odvolání, i když se firma prezentuje ,,na oko" jak je férová.
