Stabilní společnost vlastněná Siemensem.

Jelikož jde o nadnárodní společnost, obrovská administrativní zátěž. Nulová šance něco rozhodnout => alibismus hodně zaměstnanců.

Order and rules

Tabulky, nařízení, směrnice, metodické pokyny, atd. vše je ale obrovská administrativní zátěž.

Flexible working hours

Obrovská výhoda v OEZ - fond pracovní doby, a ten si prostě odpracuji kdy je zrovna nutné. Někdy je člověk déle, někdy jde dřív a vše se vyrovnává.

Spokojenost v této fabrice neexistuje, tento názor sdílí většina kolegů .

Vylepšil bych každou halu,je tam hrozný nepořádek. Žádný systém ať už práce , tak rozložení pracovišť. Vadí mi neprofesionálnost,nízka čistá mzda,zanedbanost firmy ve všech ohledech. Co mi chybí v OEZ ? V podstatě nic, jsem rád , že mohu někam chodit i když s donucením.Práci odvádím řádně. Popsal bych to jinak spíše mi na začátku tohoto pracovního poměru mělo dojít,že zde existuje pořekadlo SLIBY CHYBY. Často toto pořekadlo používá zejména vedení.
