Vstřícnost. Vždy mi bylo vyhověno, když jsem potřebovala u rodinných důvodů volno. Na oplátku ja přišla do práce téměř vždy, když byla potřeba. Klidně bych se vrátila.

Asi nic. Možná kariérní postup. U zaměstnanců, kteří svou práci vykonávají nad rámec. Nebo ohodnocení těchto zaměstnanců třeba čtvrtletně.

V lidl je více vedoucích, jedna byla škodná, jinak Lidl je velmi solidní
