Děkujeme za komentář a zpětnou vazbu. Snažíme se organizovat naše volnočasové akce pro zaměstnance co nejlépe, což doufáme, že se nám i celkem daří. :) Musíme mít na paměti, že lidi nejsou stroje, a lidé jsou v našem provozu nenahraditelní. Snažíme se o férový přístup ke všem zaměstnancům.A co se týče nápojů, skutečně nám jde v první řadě o bezpečnost našich zaměstnanců, proto nejsou nápoje v blízkosti strojů povoleny. Máme ale vyhrazeny zóny, v nichž si mohou zaměstnanci odpočinout, osvěžit se a napít se. Na halách poskytujeme jak chlazenou, tak teplou vodu dle potřeb našich zaměstnanců. Spolehliví kolegové, féroví nadřízení. Možnost se vzdělávat, posouvat se dál.
Komunikace ve firmě by mohla být lepší. Šíření informací by chtělo zlepšit.
