Pokroková. Zavádí se zde nové postupy. Dělají se zde různé výzkumy a studie. Velká spousta různých přednášek přímo v areálu.

Pracují s lidmi, s nemocnými lidmi. To je velmi náročné. Vyžaduje to hodně energie,celoživotního vzdělávání, zdravé empatie, aby neutrpěla jejich psychika. To je opravdu náročné a ne vždy doceňované. Musí najít rovnováhu mezi náročnou prací a osobním životem , což směnný provoz jen ztěžuje. Je to výzva pro silné jedince.

Abyste mohli léčit či jinak klientům pomáhat, je často nutné udržovat určitou návaznost léčby. Nemocnice je velký kolos, bez řádu by nefungovala. Lidé zde pracující musí být spolehliví a cílevědomní.
