Kultura otevřených dveří na všech úrovních organizační struktury, důvěra v zaměstnance a s tím související nadstandardní svoboda, důraz na kolegialitu a týmový duch, kultura vzájemného respektu.

Výborný tým lidí, kteří rozumí svojí práci a rádi pomůžou. Nastalý problém se dá velmi rychle vyřešit.
