S kolegy a nadřízenými se často cítím spíše jako s přáteli, s kterými můžeme podnikat aktivity i mimo práci. Ve firmě se nedbá na přehnané zdvořilostní fráze, ale komunikujeme uvolněně a dle mě efektivně. Dress code je volný.

Po dostatočném zaškolení je zodpovědnost přenášena na zaměstnance, nezáleží na tom, jestli budou celky doručeny počas "standarndní" pracovní doby. Není nutnost navštěvovat kancelář každý den.
