V Animatu je možnost se dostat k zajímavým projektům a vyzkoušet si věci, které se běžně u podobného typu projektů neřeší. Na školení a zlepšování se do firmy zvou přední borci z jednotlivých oborů (copy, design, UX atd.).

Těžko se to popisuje, musí se to zažít. Na šéfa si tu nikdo nehraje, vládne přátelská atmosféra a respektující vztahy mezi kolegy. Zároveň ale v Animatu není nic upjaté, komunikace je na pohodu.
