Na Animatu mě baví atmosféra, je to tým lidí, mezi který se člověk těší. Šéf jedná na rovinu a nechá vás vyrůst. Hodně se tu investuje do vzdělávání. Není problém najít si školení nebo workshop a domluvit se, že na něj chcete jet. V pátek můžete pracovat z domova a pokud Vám maj třeba zrovna přivízt uhlí, dá se domluvit homeoffice i na jinej den.

Opportunity to learn new things
V Animatu je možnost se dostat k zajímavým projektům a vyzkoušet si věci, které se běžně u podobného typu projektů neřeší. Na školení a zlepšování se do firmy zvou přední borci z jednotlivých oborů (copy, design, UX atd.).
Informal work atmosphere
Těžko se to popisuje, musí se to zažít. Na šéfa si tu nikdo nehraje, vládne přátelská atmosféra a respektující vztahy mezi kolegy. Zároveň ale v Animatu není nic upjaté, komunikace je na pohodu.

V Animatu je radost pracovat. Bez nadsázky. Flexibilní pracovní doba, skvělý kolektiv, rovnost v týmu, nikdo se nebojí říct svůj názor a celková komunikace a spolupráce je opravdu příjemná.
Trošku váznou některé firemní procesy a některé věci nejsou úplně odladěné. Ale společnými silami to dáme dohromady. :)

- svobodná firma - vlastní zodpovědnost - podpora od týmu a vedení - přátelská atmosféra - jednání na rovinu - nadstandardní ohodnocení vzhledem k lokalitě podnikání - ochota a pomocná ruka jak od šéfa, tak kolegů
- se svým současným výkonem, ale okolní prostřední, které podporuje, dává čas, prostor i motivaci ke zlepšení
