Pravidelná výplata mzdy. Mezinárodní firma.
Je podraz, jestli pracovník, který zde pracuje dostane výpověď pro nadbytečnost (nemají zakázky a projekty....). A když si začnu hledat práci, tak mi Váš portál nabídne jít zde pracovat na tu samou pozici.!!!! To je .................. Vedení firmy nepřizná chyby že na začátku zakázky udělali chyby a jsou trestáni nevinní. Novým příchozím se plně nikdo řádně nevěnuje, což taky není dobře aby se člověk zapracoval. Samozřejmě nééé vodit někoho stále za ruku.... !!!

Skvělí kolegové, kteří vždycky pomohou. Lidský přístup, možnost dohodnout se, přijít s návrhem a něco změnit. Nejste tu jen číslo. Realizujeme specifické a zajímavé projekty.
Zrenovovat některé kuchyňky a obnovit vybavení některých kanceláří.
Flexible working hours
Je možné se operativně dohodnout na úpravě pracovní doby :).
Complex tasks
BLOCK se zaměřuje na specifické projekty s náročnými technologiemi. To vyžaduje jiný pohled, zájem o neotřelé technologie a vlastní aktivitu. Spoustu se toho naučíte a stanete se jedničkou v oboru projekce a realizace čistých prostor.

Flexibilní pracovní doba
Žádné benfity jako například příspěvek na důchodové pojištění. Neplatí dohoda týkající se předem dohodnuté mzdy. Firma nabírá nové lidi i když ví, že za rok pro ně nebude mít práci
