Dobrý kolektiv, slušné platové ohodnocení. Práce, která mě naplňuje, a která je užitečná pro širokou veřejnost

Kdyby bylo lepší platové ohodnocení, nechybělo by mi vůbec nic, ale i přesto jsem velmi spokojen.

Moje pracovní doba, množství dovolené, indispozičního volna a jiného volna, benefity.

Byrokracie, v některých věcech je ŘSD stále zaostalé. Protlačování některých pravidel a věcí bez dotazů podřízených nebo těch, kteří pak s těmito zbytečnými pravidly a postupy musí pracovat.

Těší mě, že ŘSD jako zaměstnavatel umí ocenit dobře odvedenou práci jak slovem, tak odměnou. Je sice možné, že na jiných útvarech v rámci ŘSD tomu může být jinak, ale já jsem v tomto směru nadmíru spokojen. Dále oceňuji velice dobré pracovní vztahy s naprostou většinou kolegů a kolegyní, se kterými přicházím do styku.
