S koncem směny :-)
kumulace funkcí a povinností do jedné pozice, bez jakéhokoliv vyššího finančního ohodnocení. Dvojí metr na lidi, více si váží lidí bez vzdělání, zkušeností, ale hlavně že donáší na druhé a tím vznikají problémy v celém kolektivu, kde chybí jakákoliv důvěra atd...

Platili v podstatě dobře, vzhledem k tomu, že je to automotive, ale střední a vyšší management není korektní a způsobuje hyenysmus mezi nižším managementem. Platí pravidlo dvojího metru a je to tam do očí bijící. Jsem vděčná za tuto zkušenost a jsem ráda, že již pro mě tyto poměry skončili. Odnesla jsem to na zdraví, jako většina normálních a zodpovědných lidí ve Varrocu

Spokojený s kolektivem, pracovní činnosti a benefity.
Přístup, nikdo nic neřeší, jen hrabe pod své nohy! Proč? Kde je motivace pracovníků? Další věc - Sliby, chyby ... pozice jsou finančně hodnoceny podle sympatií, ne podle zkušenosti... Když uděláte něco dobře, nikdo nic... když uděláte něco špatně už vás vyhazují. Převládá zde bossing....Mohla bych pokračovat dále, ale nemám už na to sílu....

Chytří a slušní lidé na inženýrských pozicích. Mnoho srdcařů a fér lidí.
Nepruhlednost toho proč tam někdo pracuje. Spousta trafik zejména na úrovni středního managementu.
