Naucilo me to pracovat v extremnich podminkach, kdy musite delat neco, k cemu nemate vsechny podklady, at uz udelate cokoliv- nezalezi, jestli skvele(za to neni zadna pochvala) nebo spatne ( za to je velmi intenzivni karne rizeni- rev a hysterie- bez konstruktivniho reseni). Uz vim, ze nikdy vice takovy zamestnavatel.
Vedouci by meli spolupracovat a ne jit vsemozne proti sobe, takhle firma nemuze radne fungovat. Hlavne- PREDAVANI INFORMACI je dulezite, avsak v dane firme nerealny pozadavek.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Lidi bez zkusenosti nemaji ani dobre zkusenosti, proto jim neprijde chovani v teto firme spatne, ti, co uz zkusenost maji, vetsinou firmu hodne rychle opousteji, nebot robota a styl velmi nadrazeneho chovani vuci zamestnancum jsou jiz davno pase. Dnes si jiz dost zamestnavatelu dokaze vazit prace svych zamestnancu.
