Přátelský kolektiv malé pobočky. Vedoucí se vždy snažil vyhovět.
Přehnané nároky na pobočku jako takovou. Nadřízení z Prahy nemají tušení jak na pobočce fungují vztahy zaměstnanců a zákazníků. Skoro žádné benefity.

Kolektiv super lidí, všude se však najde někdo, kdo práci víc předstírá, než vykonává. Celkově velmi dobrý kolektiv často firemních srdcařů.
Neřešení provozních bolístek, se kterými se si e dá žít, ale otravuje to a mnohdy velmi zdržuje. Plat neodpovídá potřebnému nasazení, minimum benefitů

Čerpám nové zkušenosti
Pravá ruka neví co dělá levá, pokus o spojení s konkurencí ve výsledku znamená, že to v čem Elit vynikal už nedělá. Jediným kritériem jsou tabulky které se tvrdě rozchází s realitou. Zaměstnanci jsou vystavení stále většímu tlaku dostávají kolikrát nesmyslné úkoly a za stále méně peněz. Pokud máte rodinu a další povinnosti s prací v Elitu se to také moc neslučuje.

Výborný kolektiv což je zásluha lidi, sleva na sortiment
Špatne platové ohodnocení, hrozně moc stráveného času, vedení si absolutně ničeho neváží, slučování s konkjrenci
Work in a team of young people
Nikdo starší, který potřebuje jistotu, tuto práci delat nebude. Práce vhodná pouze pro mladé, žijící u rodičů, kteří nemají hypotéky apod. Práce vhodná pouze pro lidi, kteří nemají rodiny a mohou věnovat vsechen svůj čas zaměstnání.

V okamžiku kdy jsem podal výpověď . Komunikace hrozny, peníze hrozny, vedení hrozny, strávený cas - hodně moc.
