Pokud se sejde dobrý kolektiv je to všechno v práci jednodušší. Vzájemná pomoc mezi kolegy musí fungovat a proto jsem tam vydržela 17 let až do zavření obchodu z organizačních důvodů.

Mzdové ohodnocení nižších pozic by mohlo být lepší. Nevím jak je to dnes.

Snídaně s nováčky na centrále

Mzda včas na účtu, stravenky, možnost domluvy výměny směn, většina svátků volných, neděle taktéž

Výše mzdy, chování nadřízených (obecně platilo, čím vyšší pozice, tím lépe se člověk choval k nižším podřízeným), méně stresovat zaměstnance a více je pozitivně motivovat (finančně, zaměstnanecké akce mimo práci,...)
