Minimální mzda i s příplatky za 12-ti směnný provoz, noční a víkendy, aby si člověk "vydělal" musí na přesčas. Dělá se práce za 3 lidi, vedení rozhodlo, že se to dá zvládnout. Velká fluktuace lidí a spousta cizinců. Hledám novou práci.

S platem, který jsem při nástupu dostala.
Firma neplní sliby, nelze se spolehnout slíbené termíny kolegů, chaos. Ve výsledku, co si člověk neudělá sám, to nemá.

Chování nadřízených, resp některých mistrů, platové podmínky jsou hodně pod průměrem. dlouhé směny. obědy a večeře, které nedají jíst.

Naučila jsem se nevěřit lidem a přestala jsem se usmívat.

Na všech pracovištích je dobrý kolektiv ale horší je to s vedením a s vedoucími kteří špatně zachází s podřízenými a to protože je do toho tlačí zaměstnavatel.
Nejsem spokojen s přístupem vedení k celkovému vývoji mezd a s přístupem vedoucích k podřízeným.

Firma zaměstná i lidi bez vyučení protože mají spoustu pracovních pozic kde je práce jednoduchá a není třeba mít nějaké vyučení.

Dobrý kolektiv, jistota stálého zaměstnání , jistota že mi vždy ve stanovenou dobu přijde výplata, firemní doprava
Nižší mzda, pro stávající zaměstnance schodná s nástupním platem, neroste v závislosti na délce zaměstnání. Nelze očekávat růst platu do budoucna.
