kdyby si vice vazil kvalitních a schopných lidi nemusel by ted byt zavisly na zahraničních pracovnicich, kteří tam jsou jen diky tomu, ze jim firma z darma zlegalizuje dokllady a hned po jejich ziskani odchazi za lepsimi penezmi. a to se vyplati

pravidelná výplata, nic víc.
...to my ne, to Američani zakázali - lež největší :-) Nemá smysl to rozvádět. Stavění domů mistrům, opravy soukromých letišť a jiné odklony financí so soukroma - přesně jako ve státě.

Stálý příjem, pracovní doma přesná, a samozřejmě jsem se naučila novým a užitečným věcem.
V tehdejší době, když jsem pracovala v AVX jsem toho moc na vytknutí neměla, jen plat mohl být trochu vyšší

Dodržování zásad bezpečné práce. Příspěvek zaměstnavatele na zdravotní prevenci. Včasné připsání mzdy na účet.
Zavedl bych striktní pravidla pro předávání funkčního místa u vedoucích pracovníků a jejich zatrénování. Zavedl bych učební program "technik AVX" pro mladé uchazeče, s garancí zaměstnání u této firmy po úspěšném absolutoriu.
