V officeu se mi líbí přístup lidí, většina je ochotna a má zájem o dobrou spolupráci. Benefitů máme velké množství. Máme příležitost na profesní školení, ale i osobnostní školení, která jsou naprosto senzační.
Nic mně nenapadá.

Oceňuji lidský přístup našich manažerů, vždy je možné se domluvit v případě potřeby na možnostech.

Individuální přístup a férový přístup. Množství a možnost benefitů, například celoroční občerstvení na pracovišti.
Není tady nic co by mi vysloveně vadilo.

Velmi oceňuji možnost vzdělávání se ve firmě jak soft skill tak odborné dovednosti. Ve firmě je přátelské a otevřené prostředí. Firma je pet a child friendly. Zaměstnanci májí možnost ovlivnit fungování firmy, procesy, postupy, zlepšováky, nápady na lepší komunikaci.
Aby firma veřejně komunikovala i negativní informace. V Officeo chybí společná motivační finanční složka ohodnocení, když se překročí plná marže či obratu.Ppro všechny zaměstnance stejně. Pokud něco je, tak Merit, který ale přerozděluje nadřízený.
