Možnost realizovat své nápady po svém.
Více naslouchat zaměstnancům. Více pracovat na produktech a nespat v době před 5 - 10 lety. Více investovat do infrastruktury.

Firma provozuje dvě nová pěkná datavá centra a s tím související technologie.
Velmi špatný management. Bez leadershipu. Vertikální sila v velkými komunikačními propastmi mezi odděleními. Nejvyšší vedení (finance) si syslí dílčí oddělení pod sebe bez absolutního zájmu o jejich profesní rozvoj uvnitř firmy.

Výborný kolektiv a management Možnost rozvoje ve firmě. Flexibilní pracovní doba a korektně nahrazované přesčasy.
