skvělý tým a úžasná nadřízená moderní pracovní prostředí, open space, ale žádný flexibile office a je u nás klid na práci, většinou je slyšet spadnout špendlík.... firma mě podporuje v růstu a nabízí neustále školení, semináře, konference, jazykovou výuku /plně hrazenou/ i když mají někteří zaměstnanci pocit, že je Avast korporace, tak opravdu není, procesy jsou nastavené dle selského rozumu, všechno se řeší hned a člověk nečeká měsíc až se někde něco schválí nebo nemusí zadávat tickety někam do Indie úžasná kantýna
že jsem v Avastu nezačala pracovat dříve :-)

- skvele benefity (kantyna zdarma, relax room, posilovna, flexibilna pracovna doba, home office, kniznica) - moznost ucastnit sa konferencii v zahranici - moznost prist s napadom a realizovat ho - transparentnost v jednani, nie je problem vyjadrit nesuhlas a je priestor pre zmeny (nie je to v style budes robit toto pretoze som to tak povedal)
