Je to stabilní a jistá práce - pokud není zaměstnanec vyloženě k ničemu. Pracovní dobu je možné upravovat podle potřeb konkrétní osoby. Nikdo vás nebude vyhazovat kvůli tomu, že máte často nemocné děti. Ovšem kolegyně z vás nadšené nebudou :)

Pokud si zaměstnanec dělá svědomitě svojí práci, má klid a jistotu. Mezi jistotu a stabilitu patří také průběžné navyšování platu dle platových tabulek. Není to sice žádné terno, ale je příjemné vidět, že se s výší platu alespoň něco děje.
