Žádné pozitivní zkušenosti
Lepší chování k zaměstnancům, zejména respekt a snížit stresové prostředí. Lepší finanční ohodnocení. Nenucení do přesčasů. Zrušení zbytečných schůzí, které zaměstnance nemusí zajímat a nemají s nimi nic společného, mistr/mistrová do schůzí zatahuje osobní život. Zakázat přesčasy v neděli, kdy zaměstnanec je v práci XX dní v kuse. Kontrola oblíbených pracovníků, kteří dostávají více peněz, než kolik oddělají. Kvůli stresu je zde vysoká fluktuace - je to pro opravdu pro odolné lidi vůči stresu.
