Firma s jedinečnou atmosférou a nepřekonatelnou firemní kulturou.
Je to jiné, než všude jinde, kde jsem pracoval, chce to trochu zvyku, než se s prostředím člověk zžije.
Work in an international environment
Artin má mezinárodní zákazníky a mnohdy se pracuje přímo u nich. Komunikační jazyk i v rámci těchto týmů je převážně angličtina a němčina.

Přátelské prostředí, je má člověk pocit, že je skutečně součást firmy a ne jen lidský zdroj. Zajímavé benefity. Dobře fungující HR. Skvělí šéfové, kteří se zajímají o své lidi. Zajímavé projekty. Dobré firemní akce (výlety, grilovačky, večírky...)

Možnost říci svůj názor z jakékoliv pozice, extrémně otevřená atmosféra, přebírání zodpovědnosti, důvěra v lidi.
Někdy by trochu více stresu nevadilo, člověka to donutí k vyšším výkonům :)
