Mám príležitosť získavať pracovné skúsenosti aj počas školy a v príjemnom prostredí s dobrými spolupracovníkmi, pričom mám veľkú časovú flexibilitu a to mi umožňuje bez stresu zvládať pracovať aj študovať súčasne.
Nenapadá ma nič takého, čo by bolo potrebné zlepšiť - možno aj vzhľadom na to, že tu pracujem zatiaľ dosť krátko a možno preto, lebo mi to tu proste vyhovuje :).

Vstřícný postoj vedení a jejich rychlou reakci na vznesené připomínky/nápady. Přátelské prostředí. Zajímavé benefity. KISS.
Začlenění nových zaměstnanců do kolektivu, častější zpětná vazba od nadřízených/vedení, osobnější pracovní prostředí.

Ve firme panuje pratelska atmosfera a kolegialni pristup i ze strany majitelu. Prijemne pracovni prostredi, minimum byrokracie.
