Hodnoty a moznost jejich reflexe v kazdodenni praci, aneb jen to nejlepsi jest pro nase zakazniky dost dobre! :-)

Postupne se v projektech posouvat vice a vice k rychlejsimu inovacnimu cyklu a kazdodenni aplikaci "pravidel" (tipu) od byvalych 37signals (viz kniha Rework) pro trvalou udrzitelnost a uspech. :-)

Zaměstnanecké benefity. Mzda vždy v čas na účtu. 13. Plat. Roční odměny. Stravenky. Nepracujete pod drobnohledem a vždycky se najde čas na kafíčko.

Rozhodně přemýšlení naší koordinace. Nebo spíš nepřemýšlení? Centrální objednávky tolikrát o ničem.

Pracovní smlouva po zkušební dobe na dobu neurčitou. Mzda vždy do 11. dne v měsíci na účtu. 13. Plat. Odměny Prémie

Meaningful work

Protože to děláme pro lidi. Jakekoliv akce, tzn. Na Mikuláše pozveme děti do naší dílničky a za to, že pomůžou děti mikulášske trojci, dostanou deti odměnu (zdarma). To samé platí na čarodějnice, nebo halloween. Atd atd. Je tu prostor pro jakoukoliv iniciativu..

Flexibilní pracovní doba

Plat, přístup nadřízených

Non-stressful work

Práci dvou tam mají na starost lidi tři. Není tam shon, i přes svou velikost firma funguje jako malá rodinná společnost.
