Celkem flexibilni pracovní doba

Nejsou sickdays, 5 tydnu dovolene az po 3 letech u spolecnosti, zadny home office.

Flexibilní směna

Musela jsem tam být dřív než mi začala směna, když jsem začínala v osum, tak jsem tam musela být už 7:40 abych stihla si spočítat kasu zkontrolovat a popřípadě uklidit na své pokladně. V osum jsem už musela sedět a prodávat. Bylo tam vecinou dusno a horko. Často jsem se musela připomínat na pauzu a občas jsem ji neměla v půlce směny ale třeba na začátku nebo skoro na konci. Ale to jsou věci, které mě nevyhovolali někomu zase jo.

Nejvíce jsem ocenila spolupráci s kolegy.. Bohužel, jen na jedné směně.. Díky pracovní době ve formě "krátký a dlouhý týden" jsem měla možnost domluvit si všechny možné schůzky (např. u lékaře, s přáteli, s rodinou) dlouhou dobu dopředu, takže jsem nemusela zbytečně čerpat dovolenou.

Práce s lidmi občas není jednoduchá, tím pádem je i psychicky náročná.
