Prijemna zkusenost, ale nepochopeni kdyz melo dojit k prodlouzeni smlouvy. Jelikoz moje nadrizena mi celou dobu trvdila ze jsem velice dobra a ze se mnou bude pocitat. A ve finale ani nedoslo k prodlouzeni smlouvy. Hluboce zklamana s takovymto jednanim.

Tak jak uz jsem zminila s jednanim me nadrizene. Nebylo otevrene a pravdive.

Za mě pouze finance. Na to, že člověk tráví v práci spoustu času a hlavně víkendy tak to v dnešní době zaplacený prostě není tohle zaměstnání. Bohužel, jinak je globus slušnej a férovej zaměstnavatel.

- propracovaný systém vzdělávání a profesního růstu, který bohužel v praxi nefunguje, tak jak by měl - odměňování zaměstnanců - ve srovnání s ostatními řetězci, férové jednání k podřízeným
