Nadřízení neumí komunikovat, běžné jsou 12ti hodinové směny až 5x v týdnu (nenařízené, ale pokud se nedostavíte byť jen na jednu, přicházíte o bonusy, které dělají až čtvrtinu výplaty), stejné je to, pokud jdete k doktoru a podobně

Jako v kazdem korporate je nejdulezitejsi nastoupit v dobe, kdy jsou na vsech pozicich schopni lide. A protoze je zde velky tlak a pracovni nasazeni, lide se meni pomerne casto

Využití znalosti cizích jazyků, flexibilní pracovní doba, spousta bonusů (stravenky, ranní joga, kurzy cizích jazyků atd.), možný kariérní růst (key player, team lead assistant, team leader),

Open space se spoustou kolegů okolo a velký podíl rutinní práce ne každému vyhovuje. Ulice Holandská v Brně je velmi drahá (svačiny, obědy).
