Celkem dobré peněžní ohodnocení

Postoj k zaměstnancům. Uvědomit si, že jsme pouze lidi, kteří potřebují spát a žít své osobní životy. 12ti hodinové šichty 4x zasebou opravdu nejsou možné. Je dobré s námi komunikovat a naslouchat.
