Cením si rozmanitosti práce, vstřícnosti vedení,možnosti vzdělávat se, benefitů, výdělku.
Kdybych měla tu možnost,změnila bych některé lídry, práci na 8hodin a blíže k domovu

výplata včas, práce mě bavila, a práce v Amazonu je více méně životním stylem
aby si zaměstnavatel více vážil těch zaměstnanců, kteří vydrželi více než jeden rok, a pokud se ukáže zdravotní omezení u zaměstnance možnost přeřazení na jinou práci

During my time at Amazon UK (and not Amazon Prague), I can confidently say it was the best company I have ever worked for, both professionally and in terms of culture and employee support. I had the opportunity to work under several managers, and all of them treated me with respect, fairness, and genuine appreciation. The environment at Amazon consistently encouraged growth, collaboration, and continuous learning, which made my overall experience extremely positive. Unfortunately, with my last supervisor, we were not able to build a good professional or personal connection. Despite my efforts, the working dynamic did not improve, and this eventually led me to make the difficult decision to leave—something I did very reluctantly, given how much I valued the company. Still, I firmly believe that there is no better place to work than Amazon. I genuinely recommend the company to everyone, and it would be a great opportunity for me to return to the organisation in the future.
The only aspect I was not satisfied with was my final experience with my last supervisor. Unfortunately, we were unable to establish a positive professional or personal working relationship, despite my efforts. This situation ultimately led me to make the difficult decision to leave the company. Apart from that specific case, my overall experience at Amazon UK was outstanding in every respect.
