Ceník jsem si dvou požárů, nic pozitivnejsiho říci nemohu.
Zlepšit.. Jedině firmu vzít a rozjet znovu, jelikož člověk je pro ně číslo a jednou týdně si řekli, aby se lidé bali a lépe makali tak vyhodime tři náhodné lidi ve zkušebce. Změnit všechno, arogantnost 20 letych děti, kteří dostali funkci byla nesnesitelná.

Obrovske zkusenosti, ktere bych jinde nenacerpal. Vetsina lidi zde vsak pracuje jen maximalne 3-5 let a pak se zkusenostmi odejde jinam za lepsi vyplatou.
Amazon by mel zmenit pristup ke svym zamestnancum. Sice se u nas nemame tak dobre jako treba v Nemecku, ale jiz dlouho se nepocitame do vychodni Evropy, ktera produkuje levnou pracovni silu a podle toho by k nam meli pristupovat.

Jasná pravidla, i když občas úplně mimo logiku. Chce to nad tím nepřemýšlet, a dělat co požaduje
Sliby o 4 denním pracovním týdnu jsou k zasmání. Pravidelné jsou povinné přesčasy a někdy i 2 týdně

Komunikaci mezi managerem a HR(kancelář), kolikrát si musíte vyřizovat i nemocenskou že jí neuznávají.

Jednoducha prace za slusne financni ohodnoceni, moznost karierniho postupu a rozvoje. Firma klade na prvni misto zamestance, BOZP apod. Nabizi velmi zajimave a netradicni benefity.

Doprava zdarma do zaměstání Cena oběda byla přijatelná
Pracovní doba, rozložit na 3 směny Kvalifikovaní nadřízení a ne, aby dosazovali svoje oblíbence (kamarady)...
