Dlouhé směny, zkrátil bych směny na 8 hodin. Narizene prescasy skoro porad, lidri nekteri tam byli jen na okrasu nic neumeli. Platy by mohli byt lepsi protoze prace je velmi narocna firme se dari a zamestnanec za praci by mel dostavat aspon 45000kc hrubeho nebot v Nemecku dostavaji 3 krat tolik a češi delaji stejnou praci. Jedine plus je to ze obedy jsou za 25 kc coz je od firmy hezke.

Svozova doprava, carrier choice, moznost zmeny oddeleni, 4 dny v praci 3 dny volna, pravidelny rust mezd kazdym rokem, kdyz mate stesti na oddeleni, tak i na dobreho managera a kolegy
Lepsi vyber zamestnancu a lepsi zachazeni s dlouhodobymi zamestnanci co odvadi poctivou a slusnou praci, stridani procesu, aby se zamezilo monotonosti procesu, zkraceni nocni

Měl jsem štěstí na super Shiftleadera. Díky němu se to dalo přežít. Choval se jako člověk a ne jako stroj,který má v hlavě jen normy. V hodně věcech mi vyhověl,a já jsem na oplátku vykazoval velmi dobrý pracovní výkon. Jiní takové štěstí,ale neměli
Chování kolegů,krádeže,pomluvy, donášení. Všudypřítomný stres. Někdy byly povinné přesčasy. Množství lidí zaměstnaných u této firmy a tím velké fronty při cestě na pracoviště a z pracoviště. Doprava byla také velice tristní

Protože v Amazonu si myslí že lidi jsou spíš roboti a né lidi a mněli by změnit chování k s zaměstnavatelúm.

Ceník jsem si dvou požárů, nic pozitivnejsiho říci nemohu.
Zlepšit.. Jedině firmu vzít a rozjet znovu, jelikož člověk je pro ně číslo a jednou týdně si řekli, aby se lidé bali a lépe makali tak vyhodime tři náhodné lidi ve zkušebce. Změnit všechno, arogantnost 20 letych děti, kteří dostali funkci byla nesnesitelná.
