Hodně mě baví přátelský přístup a komunikace napříč firmou. Možnost hledat zlepšení a pokud dává smysl i ostatním opravdu jej realizovat. Jako obrovský bonus vnímám i čtyř denní pracovní týden. Umožňuje mi vydechnout od shonu. Nabrat energii a v pondělí přijít s čistou hlavou do práce. Současně mi umožňuje mít čas na rodinu i trošku pro sebe.

V některých situacích máme různé části firmy k sobě "daleko" i přes to, že lidi jsou přátelští. Na to jak jsme malá firma mi občas u některých kolegů chybí větší chuť a proaktivita hledat společně řešení

Velký benefit v podobě 4 denního pracovního týdne. Přátelská atmosféra v rámci celé firmy a velmi zajímavý produkt

4-denní pracovní týden. Otevřenost firmy. Vztahy s kolegy. Možnost mít impact na finální produkt.

Vzdělávací benefity by mohly být flexibilnější, ocenil bych větší volnost ve volbě. Vybavení na práci by mohlo být lepší (monitor). Ocenil bych více klidu na práci v kanceláři, méně lidí v kanceláři.
