I appreciate opportunities to grow, education budget for improving the skills. I also get on well with my co-workers what helps to get the work done more easily and more enjoyable.

Neformální a přátelská atmosféra. Velmi plochá firemní struktura a férový a otevřený přístup vedení firmy. Možnost se rozvíjet a opravdu ovlivňovat produkt. Čtyřdenní pracovní týden. Důraz na kvalitu kódu.

Ergonomie některých kanceláří není úplně nejlepší, ale to je malá výhrada.

Čtyřdenní pracovní týden, plochá hierarchie, přátelská atmosféra, zajímavá technologická práce.

Priority nejsou vždy jasně dané a nečekaně se můžou měnit, ale tak už to dnes funguje snad ve všech softwarových firmách.
