Cheil znamená v korejštině být první, nejlepší ze všech. Jsme mezinárodní marketingová agentura zrozená z korejské technologické revoluce. S ohledem na nejnovější postupy a kulturní trendy vytváříme kreativní strategie, digitální marketingové kampaně, reklamu a také retailová řešení. V Česku působíme od roku 2012. Naším klíčovým klientem je Samsung, ale spolupracujeme i s dalšími významnými značkami.

Opravdu zajímavé prostředí marketingové agentury Skvělé kolegové Agentura prošla velkými změnami vedení - nové vedení umí naslouchat Nikdy není nuda :) Vyborná lokalita a dostačující benefity
Ano, je to korejská firma se svými specifiky, občas přiliš hodně administrativy a schválování na všechno Občasné přesčasy a tlak na výsledky

Projekty jsou zde pestré, v reakci na aktuální trendy. Na kolegy je tu spoleh.
Občas převažuje korporátní agenda a chybí procesy pro situace, kdy klienti požadují velké množství projektu ve stejném čase.

Množství páce a časté přesčasy (ale na druhou stranu, ruku na srdce, ve které reklamní agentuře se to neděje...)

Flexibilní pracovní doba
Neduvera zamestancum, bez homeoffice, protoze doma by lidi prece nepracovali. Veskera cinnost se musi evidovat. Byrokracie, na vsechno je potreba delat tabulky a prezentace. Zadne benefity. Spousta zbytecne prace. Vedeni se neumi rozhodnout, protoze tomu nerozumi a nema vizi. "Pichacky", 9 hodinova pracovni doba (8 hod. + 1 povinna hodina na obed).

s naborem lidi, kteri nejsou absolutne kompetentni na sve pozici co se tyce odbornosti. Napr. manager tymu v predchozim zamestnani byl prodejce za kasou. apod.
