To, že se můžu v rámci práce vzdělávat, zaměstnavatel mi zaplatí celkem drahé kurzy a mezinárodní certifikace. To, že můžu pracovat na homeoffice 50% času. To, že mi nikdo nedýchá na krk a mohu svou práci dělat podle svého nejlepšího svědomí. Skvělí kolegové i nadřízení, za kterými mohu zajít s čímkoliv. Motivační pracovní prostředí, výběrová káva, málo stresující prostředí.

40h pracovní týden. Zkrátila bych to na 32h a 4 pracovní dny.

Benefity, mladý kolektiv

Top management tlačí na efektivitu a automatizaci s naivními sny o umělé inteligenci a automatizaci všeho, ale nedá nám k tomu čas ani správné nástroje, tak se vše lepí a záplatuje kde se dá.

příjemné benefity- stravenky, multisportka, příspěvky na životní i penzijní pojištění, lepší podmínky pro produkty CSOB možnost homeoffice a flexibilní pracovní doba dobrý kolektiv- lidé kteří pomohou když je víc práce

malý plat v porovnání s jinými firmami z Brna ve stejném odvětví problém s parkováním u firmy- auto je nezbytné kvůli delší vzdálenosti bydliště čím dál větší tlak na docházku do kanceláře- zatím je to 50%

Je to pohodová práce, kde se pořád učím něco nového, ale nejsem pod permanentním stresem. Moje nadřízená je chápavá osoba s nadhledem a skloubení osobního života s pracovním je tady bráno jako samozřejmnost. Ačkoliv už nejsem nejmladší a pracovala jsem u více zamstnavatelů, toto je moje první korporátní zkušenost a musím říct, že výborná. Nicméně asi hodně záleží na konkrétním oddělení a pozici.

Jako korporát, hodně změn jde na můj vkus příliš ztuha. A také platy jsou asi malinko nižší než obečně u podobných pozic konkurence. Ale pořád pro mě benefity převažují.
